    Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

    1 8 oz. Pkg. Cream cheese, softened
    � c. (1 stick) butter�no substitutes, softened
    1 t. vanilla
    � c. powdered sugar
    2 T. brown sugar
    � c. mini chocolate chips
    � c. chopped pecans

    Recipe



    With mixer, cream the butter, cream cheese, and vanilla until fluffy. Add sugars gradually and beat until well mixed. Stir in chocolate chips. Put in plastic wrap-lined bowl and refrigerate overnight until set up. Roll in chopped nuts.

    Serve with graham cracker strips.

    Variation: Instead of mini chocolate chips, mix in � c. Heath toffee chips. Use the chocolate chips to roll the cheese ball in.
