    Cheesy Onion Roll Ups

    Not sure where I got this recipe but it sure is good!

    List of Ingredients




    � 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    � 8 oz. sour cream (1 cup)
    � 1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar
    � 3/4 cup chopped green onions
    � 1 tablespoon minced jalapeno peppers
    � 1 bag 10 inch or 6 inch tortillas
    � 1 tablespoon lemon juice

    Recipe



    Mix and spread on 1/2 of tortilla. Start rolling with half that has the spread on it.. Roll up tightly in Saran Wrap� for 1 to 4 hours. Serve with salsa
