    1 8- Quart package (about 10 cups) nonfat dry milk powder
    1 -16oz package (about 4 � cups) sifted powdered sugar
    1 � cups unsweetened cocoa powder
    1- 6oz jar (1 � cups) powdered nondairy creamer

    Recipe



    In a large bowl (ice cream bucket) combine nonfat dry milk, powdered sugar, unsweetened cocoa and nondairy creamer. Stir until thoroughly combined. Store Coca mixture in an air tight container. Makes about 15 cups or enough for about 45 (8oz) servings.

    For 1 serving�place 1/3 cup cocoa mix into a coffee cup or mug; add � cup boiling water. Stir to dissolve. Top with marshmallows.
