    4 oz.s semi-sweet chocolate chips chopped
    3/4 c. butter, softened
    2 c.s sugar
    4 eggs
    1-1/2 c. flour
    1 (1 oz.) bottle red food coloring
    1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/8 tsp. salt


    Preheat oven to 350. Line bottom and sides of 7x11 pan with lightly greased foil.

    Microwave chocolate and butter until melted. Whisk in sugar, add eggs, stir in flour and next 4 ingredients. Pour mixture into foil lined pan.

    Bake for 45 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely, then lift foil from pan and remove foil. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.

    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 T. butter, softened
    1-1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1/8 t. salt
    1 t. vanilla extract

    Beat cream cheese and butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar and salt, beating until blended. Stir in vanilla.
