    List of Ingredients

    3 pounds ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    Salt & pepper, to taste
    1 head cabbage, shredded
    2 packages Rhodes frozen white dinner rolls, thawed


    Saute beef and onion in large skillet over medium high heat until browned. Add cabbage cook until cabbage is limp drain liquid from mixture.

    On a lightly floured board, roll two dinner rolls together into a 6 inch circle. Spoon beef filling into center. Pull dough over mixture and pinch edges to seal. Place bierocks on a lightly greased cookie sheet. If desired, brush dough with melted butter or an egg wash (1 egg white with 2 T. water). Bake in 350 oven for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot or wrap and freeze for later use.
