Tec-Mex Stovetop Goulash

I love goulash and Tex-Mex. So when I saw this recipe I knew I had to try it. You get the spice of the Tex-Mex mixed with the comfort of a bowl of goulash. Plus it quick and easy to make.
List of Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 red pepper, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1 cup water
1 package Taco Seasoning Mix
1 (10 ounce) can diced Rotel tomatoes, undrained
1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 cup frozen corn
1 can seasoned black beans, drained
1 cup shredded four cheese blend
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
Brown meat with peppers and onions in large nonstick skillet, drain.
Stir in water, taco seasoning mix and tomatoes; bring to boil. Stir in macaroni; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 to 12 minutes or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally and adding corn and black beans for the last 5 minutes.
Remove from heat. Top with cheese; cover. Let stand 2 min. or until melted.
Sprinkle with cilantro.
