    • 1 pkg. cherry chip cake mix
    • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    • 2 (3-1/2 oz.) boxes instant vanilla pudding
    • 8 eggs
    • 1 c. vegetable oil
    • 1-1/2 c. water
    • 1/2 c. maraschino cherry juice
    • 1/2 c. maraschino cherries diced
    • 1 c. chopped walnuts


    1. Mix cake mixes and pudding together in large bowl; add remaining ingredients and blend well. Divide batter into 6 well-greased (7x3-1/2 inch) pans. Bake at 350 about 1 hour on until done. (If you want mini loaves bake for 45 minutes. Makes 9 mini loaves.)

    VARIATION: To make Chocolate Cherry Nut Bread, substitute chocolate cake mix for yellow cake mix and chocolate pudding for vanilla pudding.
