    Pistachio Nut Bread

    List of Ingredients

    • 1 box yellow cake mix
    • 1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
    • 1/2 c. oil
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 c. sour cream
    • 1/4 c. sugar
    • 1/4 c. water
    • 3 T. brown sugar, heaping
    • 2 t. cinnamon
    • 1/4 c. chopped nuts


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. With an electric mixer, combine cake mix, pudding, oil, eggs, sour cream, sugar and water. Put 1/2 of batter into 2 greased loaf pans.
    3. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Sprinkle 1/2 evenly over the batter in each pan.
    4. Put the rest of the batter over the cinnamon mixture. Then top with the rest of the cinnamon mixture.
    5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
