    Recipe Introduction

    A sugar and cinnamon coated bread that will please any Snickerdoodle fan.

    List of Ingredients

    1 c. butter, softened
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 t. vanilla
    1 c. sour cream
    2 ˝ c. all purpose flour
    1 t. baking powder
    ˝ t. salt
    2 t. cinnamon
    1 pkg. Hershey’s cinnamon chips

    3 T. sugar
    3 t. cinnamon


    Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one and a time, mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla and sour cream and mix well.

    In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; whisk to combine. Add flour mixture to wet ingredients and mix until blended. Add cinnamon chips and stir into batter. Spoon batter into 5-6 mini loaf pans coated with nonstick cooking spray, until about 2/3 full.

    Mix 3 T. sugar and 3 t. cinnamon in a bowl and sprinkle over the batter in each loaf pan. Bake at 350° for approximately 40-45 minutes. Let cool 10-15 minutes before removing from pan.
