    List of Ingredients


    • 10 eggs
    • 4 T. heavy cream
    • 1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, diced
    • 2 T. salsa
    • 1/4 t. salt
    • 1/2 c. bell pepper, diced
    • 1 T. onion, diced
    • 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Beat the eggs and cream. Add all ingredients except 1/2 the cheese and blend well. Pour mixture into 8x8 non-metallic baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
    3. Bake for 40 minutes. Cut into 6 pieces. Serve at once. Refrigerate leftovers.
