    1 (8 oz.) 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. low fat sour cream
    1/4 c. splenda
    1 1/2 t. pumpkin pie spice
    2 eggs
    1 c. canned pumpkin

    Recipe



    In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients with an electric mixer until smooth. Spray pie pan with cooking spray and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Cool for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Top with light whipped cream.

    These can be made in 8-10 muffin tins.
