    Pina Colada Cake

    List of Ingredients

    • 1/4 c. oil
    • 1 yellow cake mix
    • 2 eggs
    • 1-1/2 c. water
    • 1 (16 oz.) can cream of coconut
    • 1 med. container Cool Whip
    • 1 c. coconut


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    2. Mix oil, cake mix, eggs and water together. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

    3. Take out of the oven and poke with a fork. Pour cream of coconut on cake while hot.

    4. Refrigerate until cool. Frost with Cool Whip then sprinkle coconut on top. Keep refrigerated.
