    List of Ingredients

    • 2 sticks margarine
    • 1 c. sugar
    • 2 T. water
    • 1 T. white syrup
    • 1 large Hershey bar
    • 3/4 c. chopped nuts


    1. Melt butter, remove from heat and add sugar.
    2. Cook together until it bubbles. Add water and syrup, cook to 300 degrees.
    3. Pour into a buttered pie plate.
    4. Melt the Hershey bar and add the nuts. Spread on top of the toffee.
    5. Cool and break into pieces.
