    Chocolate Pecan Ice Cream

    List of Ingredients

    • 4 eggs
    • 1-1/2 c. sugar
    • 1 t. vanilla
    • 1/2 t. salt
    • 2 sm. boxes chocolate instant pudding
    • 4 c. milk
    • 4 c. whipping cream
    • 1 c. chopped pecans


    1. Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar, beating until mixture thickens. Stir in vanilla and salt.
    2. Combine pudding and milk; mix well then add to egg mixture. Stir in whipping cream. Chill thoroughly.
    3. Add pecans just before freezing process.
