Vanilla Fat Bomb

This low carb recipe makes something along the lines of a basic cheesecake flavored "mousse". It's soft, sweet and tasty. I like to add fresh blueberries and/or strawberries to it.
List of Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) pkg. full fat cream cheese, preferably warmed
1/4 cup Truvia blend sweetener
1 dash salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup heaving whipping cream
Add the first 4 ingredients to a food processor. (I use my hand mixer.) Turn on the food processor. With the processor running, add the cream in a medium-slow and deliberate steady stream. This will "whip" the cream with the cream cheese. This will add air and will result in something like a cheesecake "mousse", once it chills.
Pour into a bowl or portion into cups and chill!
