    Chi Chi's Margarita Marinade

    List of Ingredients

    • 1 (10 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes
    • c. orange juice
    • c. Tequila
    • c. vegetable oil
    • 2 T. fresh lime juice
    • 1 T. honey
    • 1 t. fresh garlic, minced
    • 1 t. grated lime peel
    • 4 chicken breasts, pork chops or tenderloin or beef steak


    1. In a large re-closeable plastic food bag, combine all ingredients except meat. Mix well. Add meat, seal the bag and turn over several times to coat meat thoroughly. Place bag in refrigerator, turning bag occasionally for 8 hours or overnight.
    2. Remove meat from marinade; reserve marinade. Place meat on grill until desired doneness. In a small saucepan, bring marinade to a boil, boil one minute. Serve marinade with the meat.
