    List of Ingredients

    • 1/2 c. diced carrots
    • 1/2 c. chopped celery
    • 1/2 c. chopped onions
    • 2 T. butter
    • 1/4 t. ground ginger
    • round steak, sliced into bite size pieces
    • 1-1/2 c. water
    • 1 can Beefy Mushroom soup
    • 1 can Chinese mixed vegetables
    • 2 T. soy sauce
    • 1 T. cornstarch
    • 1 t. brown sugar


    1. In a large skillett or wok saute carrots, celery and onions in butter; add ginger.
    2. Push vegetables to the side and place steak in skillet or wok and cook just long enough to take the red out of the meat.
    3. Mix together water, soup, Chinese vegetables, soy sauce, cornstarch and brown sugar. Pour over meat and vegetables. Cover and simmer until meat is tender.
    4. Serve over hard chinese noodles or cooked rice.
