    This Creamy Crock Pot Mac ‘n Cheese is creamy (obviously), flavorful and has just a hint of sweet. The first time I made it was for Christmas Eve. I used gluten free macaroni. Everyone loved it. They couldn’t tell it was gluten free. Very good!

    List of Ingredients

    8 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked
    2 Tablespoons oil
    1 (12 ounce) can of evaporated milk
    1-1/2 cups milk
    3-3/4 cups pasteurized processed cheese spread, cubed (Velveeta)
    1/2 cup melted butter
    1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, garnish, optional


    Lightly toss your cooked macaroni in your oil until all the noodles are coated.

    Spray your crock pot with cooking spray.

    Pour in your macaroni. Add remaining ingredients to your crock pot and stir.
    Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours . Be sure to stir it every once in a while.

    Sprinkle some shredded cheese on top and serve.
