    List of Ingredients

    • 1 T. butter or margarine
    • 4 pork loin chops
    • 3 medium red potatoes, cut into small wedges
    • 2 c. baby carrots
    • 1 medium onion, quartered
    • 1 (10-3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1/4 c. water


    1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Brown chops for 3 minutes on each side. Add the potatoes, carrots and onion. Combine soup and water; pour over the top.
    2. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
