    Pulled Pork - Crock Pot

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pork roast
    • 2 onions, quartered
    • Garlic powder, to taste
    • 2 c. ginger ale (not diet)
    • BBQ sauce of your choice


    Instructions


    1. Put meat into crock pot. Add onions, garlic powder and ginger ale. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

    2. Take meat out to cool. Discard onions and juices. Shred meat and return to crock pot. Add BBQ sauce and cook for another 30 minutes to an hour. Add more BBQ sauce if needed.
