    List of Ingredients

    • 2 c. Minute Rice (uncooked)
    • 1 can Cream of Celery soup
    • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
    • 1 c. water
    • 1 chicken, cut up
    • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Cover the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan with rice. Mix both soups with water. Pour over rice and stir together. Place chicken, skin side up, over mixture. Sprinkle with dry soup mix.
    3. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 2-1/4 hours. Do not peek.

    Final Comments

    You can use this recipe with 6 pork chops also.
