    List of Ingredients

    • 1 (10-12 lb.) turkey
    • Lemon pepper, to taste
    • 1 apple, cut into wedges
    • 1 orange, cut into wedges
    • 1 med. onion, cut into wedges
    • 1/2 c. orange juice
    • 1 c. water


    1. Rinse turkey and pat dry. Remove neck and giblets; discard. Sprinkle inside of body cavity with lemon pepper; place apple, orange and onion wedges inside body cavity. Cook turkey in ketle over drip pan over indirect heat using whatever wood you choose. Pour orange juice and water in drip pan. Place 3 chunks wood on each side of charcoal. Place turkey on grill rack over drip pan. Cook for 3-4 hours or until cooked through. Add additional charcoal and wood as needed.
