    List of Ingredients

    • 3 to 4 boneless chicken breasts, cubed
    • 2 cans chicken broth
    • 1 c. water
    • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    • 1/2 t. poultry seasoning
    • pepper to taste
    • 1 c. rice
    • 1 T. chopped parsley


    1. Cook chicken, add broth, water, vegetables, seasoning and pepper. Bring to a boil.
    2. Reduce heat and stir in rice and parsley. Simmer until rice is done.
    3. If too thick, more water or chicken broth can be added.
