    List of Ingredients


    • dry red beans
    • hot polish sausage, sliced
    • bacon, chopped
    • ham, chopped
    • chopped onions
    • flour
    • cajun seasoning


    Instructions


    1. Cook red beans according to package until almost done.
    2. Simmer sausage, bacon and ham. When almost done add onion and cook until onion is tender. Sprinkle flour over the top and mix well to thicken. Add to the red beans and cook until done. Add cajun seasoning to taste. Serve over rice.
    3. The longer and slower you cook this the better it is.
