    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lg. onion, chopped
    • 1 med. green pepper, chopped
    • 4 garlic cloves, minced
    • 2 t. olive oil
    • 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    • 1 (16 oz.) can fat-free refried beans
    • 1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
    • 1 (14-1/2 oz.) can reduced sodium chicken broth
    • 1 (14-1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, cut up
    • 3/4 c. salsa
    • 2 t. chili powder
    • 1/2 t. pepper
    • 1/4 t. ground cumin


    Instructions


    1. In a large saucepan, saute onion, green pepper and garlic in oil until tender. Add the remaining ingredients; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
