    1 lb. ground beef
    2 c. sliced celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    4 c. hot water
    2 med. red potatoes, peeled & cubed
    2 c. frozen corn
    1-1/2 c. uncooked small pasta shell
    4 pickled jalapeņo slices
    4 c. V-8 vegtable juice
    2 cans mild rotel tomatoes
    1 T. sugar


    In a Dutch oven, cook beef, celery and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Add garlic, cook 1 minute longer. Drain. Stir in water, potatoes, corn, pasta and jalapenos. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cook and stir until heated through.
