    List of Ingredients

    2 (32 oz.) pkgs. frozen hash browns
    Chopped onions, to taste
    Salt & pepper to taste
    1/2 sm. pkg. velveeta cheese
    8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
    1 pt. half & half
    1 stick butter


    Melt last four ingredients together. Put hash browns into a buttered 13x2 inch casserole dish. Top with onions, salt and pepper. Pour melted cheese mixture over hash browns. Let set one hour. Bake at 350 for one hour.

    I used only one package hash browns and a little smaller casserole dish.
