Spicy Shrimp over Fried Green Tomato

List of Ingredients
-1 small shallot, peeled
-2 garlic cloves, peeled
-1/8 cup red hot sauce
-3/4 cup canola oil
-1 tsp salt
-1 pinch white pepper
-1/2 cup corn flour
-1/2 cup all purpose flour
-2 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning
-1 cup buttermilk
-1 green tomato
-Place shallots, garlic, red hot sauce and vinegar in a blender and blend til smooth.
-Slowly add the oil to the mixture while it is still blending.
-Season to taste and refrigerate.
-Let shrimp marinate in this mixture for about a half hour.
-Heat fryer oil to 350 degrees.
-Slice a green tomato about 1/2" thick.
-Mix the two flours and Old Bay seasoning together.
-Place the tomato in the flour mixture to completely coat it.
-Next place it in the buttermilk and again back into the flour mixture.
-Place into the fryer and cook until golden brown.
-Take out the shrimp and grill them until done (about 3 minutes each side).
-Place them on top of the fried green tomato and place this over a fresh tomato sauce.
