Crunchy Breakfast Burritos

List of Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 Diane's Blend Tortillas
- 1 cup crispy hash browns
- 1/2 cup prepared salsa or black bean and corn salsa, if desired
- In a non-stick skillet scramble eggs over medium-high heat.
- Add bacon, cheese and salsa. Place on tortilla.
- Add crispy hash browns.
- Roll tortilla and fold at ends.
- Secure with a toothpick and deep fry for 10-15 seconds.
- Drain excess oil.
- Serve with salsa.
