Source of Recipe
This is my favorite recipe. I am a garlic lover and this has lots of flavor.
List of Ingredients
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
3 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 lb. medium shrimp, cleaned and deveined
1 large carrot, julienne
2 Tablspoon chopped cilantro
Hot cooked rice.
Heat 12-inch skillet or wok over medium high heat. Add oil, rotate skillet to coat side. Add garlic, stir-fry 1 minute. Add carrot and shrimp stir-fry about 3 minutes or until shrimp are pink and firn and carrot is crisp temder. Stir in cilantro. Mix well and serve over rice.
