1� pounds ground beef
� cup oats, uncooked
� cup onion, chopped
1� teaspoons salt
� teaspoon pepper
1 cup tomato juice
1 egg, beaten
Combine all ingredients and pack firmly into an ungreased loaf pan.
Bake in a preheated 350� oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let stand 5
minutes before slicing.
