1 pound chicken livers
Butter
24 walnut or pecan halves
24 prunes, seeded
12 slices bacon cut in half
Salt and pepper, to taste
Saut� the chicken livers in butter, then cut into 3/4-inch cubes. Salt and pepper to taste. Stuff each prune with a slice of chicken liver and a walnut half. Wrap each prune with a bacon slice and secure with a wooden pick. Bake at
350 until bacon is done to your liking.
