Baked Pork Chops with Apples

8 pork chops
garlic salt to taste
4 T. butter
3 medium apples, peeled and chopped
1 medium onion. chopped
2 cans condensed cream of celery soup
2 C. light cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Arrange pork chops in a shallow baking dish. Season with garlic salt.
Saut� apples and onions in butter until transparent. Add soup and cream
to this mixture and stir until smooth. Pour sauce over pork chops and
bake 1 1/2 hours.
