Mustard Potato Salad

List of Ingredients
- 3 - 4 cups diced cooked potatoes
- 2 or 3 hard-cooked eggs, minced
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. celery seed
- 1-1/2 - 2 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup mayonnaise, as needed
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and chill before serving.
Final Comments
One of my sisters adds grated carrots to her potato salad; another sister adds sliced black olives. I think either or both of those would be a good addition to this one too.
