These are so simple to make and they melt in your mouth like shortbread!


List of Ingredients




1 cup of butter
5 tablespoons of sugar
Dash of salt
2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of almond extract

1/4 cup of sugar
1 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon

Mix the first 6 ingredients.
Roll into 2 inch length logs. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 300�F for 15 to 20 minutes.
Let cool.
Roll cooled logs in the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Store in airtight container.
Makes about 45 cookies.
