    2lbOcean perch fillets
    1/4cupMinced onion
    3tblMelted butter
    2tblFlour
    1can(1 lb) tomatoes
    1/4cupChopped green pepper
    1/2tspSalt
    Sugar
    Pepper
    1xBay leaf
    1whlclove

    Recipe




    Method :
    Cook onion in butter until tender; blend in flour. Add remaining ingredients
    (except fillets) & cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    Remove bay leaf & clove. Arrange fillets in well greased shallow baking dish
    cover with sauce. Bake in 350 oven for 25-30 minutes.
