    List of Ingredients




    1 9-inch pie crust
    3 medium to large tomatoes, chopped and drained
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 to 2 tablespoons fresh, chopped basil or 1 teaspoon dried
    Season Salt to taste (I used 1 teaspoon)
    � to 1/3 cup Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix, dry
    1-cup mayonnaise
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    Mix drained tomatoes, onion, basil, salt and stuffing mix.
    Put into pie crust.
    Combine mayonnaise and cheese.
    Spread over tomato mixture.

    Bake at 375�F for 40 to 45 minutes.
