    Cheddar Cheese Loaf - 3 pts

    List of Ingredients

    3 3/4 C low-fat baking mix (such as reduced-fat Bisquick)
    3/4 C (3 ounces) preshredded reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 C fat-free milk
    1/4 C egg substitute
    1/8 t ground red pepper
    Cooking spray


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Combine baking mix and cheese in a bowl; toss well. Add milk, egg substitute, and pepper; stir well. Spoon into an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
    3. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until golden. Remove from pan immediately. Serve warm or at room temperature.

    Yield: 14 servings
