DEVILED EGGS

I got this recipe from Taste of Home magazine and tried it and it was marvelous. If you love Deviled Eggs as much as I do this will work for you with no fat added. Enjoy!
10 each egg whites, whole
1 large potato, boiled, mashed
2 tbsp. fat free sour cr�me
2-tbsp. fat free milks or skim
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. fat free mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
2 drops of yellow food coloring (optional) I never used it
Recipe
Boil 10 eggs. Slice eggs in half lengthwise remove the yolks and discard (or give it to your dog or cat). Set whites aside. In a small bowl, prepare mashed potatoes by mashing together boiled potato, sour cr�me, milk, horseradish, and salt and pepper. Add mayonnaise, mustard, and food coloring (if desired) to mashed potato mixture. Mix well. Stuff into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate until serving
