    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg Pillsbury Plus Yellow Cake Mix
    1 cup water
    1/3 cup oil
    3 eggs
    4 cups sliced fresh or frozen rhubarb (thawed)
    1 cup sugar
    1 pint (2 cups) whipping cream

    Recipe



    In large bowl combine yellow cake mix, water, oil and eggs. Beat at low speed for two minutes at high speed. Top with rhubarb. Sprinkle with sugar and pour whipping cream over top. Bake 350 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick, inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm. Store in refrigerator.
