    Cranberry Sweet Potato Bake

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cans (15 ounces each) cut sweet potatoes, drained
    • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
    • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans
    • 1/2 cup orange marmalade, , warmed


    Instructions


    1. Place sweet potatoes in greased 11 in. x 7 in. x 2 in. baking dish.
    2. Sprinkle with cranberries and pecans.
    3. Spoon marmalade over top.
    4. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
