    7/8 cup water
    3 tablespoons buttermilk powder
    2 cups bread flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons sugar
    1/2 cup bleu cheese, crumbled
    1 tablespoon butter or margarine
    1/4 cup parsley, chopped
    1-1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
