Biscuits: Buttermilk Corn Cakes

1 cup corn meal (white or yellow)
1 Tbsp. flour or biscuit mix (optional)
2 cups buttermilk
3/4 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs, beaten separately
1/2 tsp. salt
Recipe
Mix all ingredients together except egg whites.
Beat whites separately and fold into mixture.
Cook on griddle at 375�F.
