    Buns: Cream Bun

    List of Ingredients

    Cream bun
    2 1/2 oz melted butter
    1 1/4 cup lukewarm milk
    2 oz yeast
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon cardamom
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 3/4 pound of wheat flour
    1 whipped egg

    Stuffing
    1/2 oz from the contents of the bun
    8 oz almond dough
    6 tablespoon of milk

    Recipe

    Heat the oven at 250 degrees
    Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and let it raise to double the size. Make 12 rolls and brush the egg on top. Put them in the oven for 8 minutes and let them cool after that. Cut the top off and make a hole in the bun. Mix the part of the buns that you have taken out with the almond dough and the milk. Put the filling in the bun and then cover the filling with whipped cream and put the top on it with icing sugar. Serve with warm milk with a dash of cinnamon.

    Makes 12 buns
