    List of Ingredients




    4 eggs
    2 cups sugar
    1 cup oil
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
    3/4 teaspoon baking powder
    3 1/2 cups flour
    2 cups grated zucchini
    1 cup raisins
    1 cup chopped walnuts

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients well. Grease or spray 2 regular loaf pans. Bake at 350�F for 55 minutes. Let cool.
