Peach: Peach and Cranberry Cake

4 eggs
1 � cup white grape juice
� cup canola oil
4 tsp. vanilla
4 cups whole grain flour
l tsp. cream of tartar
3 tsp soda
� tsp salt
6 cups cut up peaches
1 cup sweetened dried cranberries


Recipe

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend together eggs, grape juice, canola oil, vanilla. Mix together grain flour, cream of tartar, soda, salt, � cups of cranberries and 5 cups of peaches. Cook for l hour. Cool then top with the rest of the peaches and cranberries.

YIELD: 8 Servings
