    List of Ingredients




    About two pounds of round steak, trimmed of fat and seasoned with garlic powder and seasoned pepper

    2 cans (10 3/4oz each) cream of mushroom soup

    1 can water

    1 envelope dry onion soup mix

    1 medium jar of gravy (beef or pork)

    8 ounces of sour cream

    Noodles or mashed potatoes, prepared separately

    Recipe



    Put the steak in the crock pot.

    In a bowl, mix together the mushroom soup, water and dry soup mix and pour over the meat. Cover and cook on medium for about nine hours. Remove the lid on the crock pot and break the meat into chunks with a large spoon. Add the gravy and sour cream; serve with cooked egg noodles or over mashed potatoes.
