    Several sachets � French Lavender, etc
    Scented candles
    �" sheer ribbon & braid

    Recipe



    Fill bottom of basket with excelsior. Tie bundle of cinnamon sticks with �" sheer ribbon. Tie braid around candle containers and arrange items as desired.
