    1/2 teaspoon cumin
    1 teaspoon dried minced onion
    1/4 teaspoon onion powder
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 teaspoon sugar
    1/8 teaspoon ground oregano

    Combine seasoning mixture with 1 lb. Drained ground beef and � C. water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
