List of Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
� teaspoon salt
� teaspoon ground cumin
� teaspoon ground red pepper
� teaspoon ground black pepper
� teaspoon ground cardamom
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon sugar


Recipe

Melt butter in small saucepan and blend in remaining ingredients except sugar.

Remove from heat, then add sugar.

Cool and rub into meat.

Makes enough rub for 4 pounds of meat.
